Simon is the head of our commercial property department. Prior to joining Harland & Co in 1996 he worked for Legal 500 firms in the North East of England and was an in-house property solicitor for a substantial plc.

- Dawn Clarke
- Dawn is part of our commercial property department and joined Harland & Co in 2025. She began her legal career in 2003 as a conveyancing legal secretary at a York high street firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2011. Prior to joining Harland & Co she worked for York firms specialising in residential conveyancing and complex property transactions including new builds and leasehold matters.
