Discrimination

If you feel that you've been treated less favourably than a colleague, you may be the victim of discrimination. You should be employed, paid, trained and promoted solely on the basis of your ability to do your job, and not on the basis of:

  • age
  • gender
  • religion
  • race
  • sexuality

Likewise, employers should treat full and part-time workers equally, and harassment and victimisation in the workplace are also unlawful.

If you feel that you're being discriminated against, we can help. There's no limit on the amount of damages that can be claimed, but there are strict time limits which must be followed, so contact us for more advice and information.
