Simon is our head of its commercial property department. Prior to joining Harland & Co in 1996 he worked for Legal 500 firms in the North East of England and was an in-house property solicitor for a substantial plc.
With over 25 years' experience in the sector Simon enjoys all aspects of commercial property work but particularly commercial leases, advising investors and new business ventures. Additionally, he's proud to continue the firm’s long association with - and provision of legal advice to - some very well respected local charities.
